live in a rural city in Oregon and have been unemployed for over half a year. There are no jobs in my city. I've tried. (I have a M.A degree and good job history). I live in Vermont. In Vermont, there is a strict environmental policy, and because of this there are not many factory jobs so there are no cities in Vermont.
